Deaf Hitler, also known as "the second coming of Hitler" refers to a deaf British man, who Simon believes is the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler. Where the joke originated from is unknown, although it likely stems from conversations between Simon and other members of YOGS.
Warcraft - How To- Northrend Beasts
The joke was first mentioned in one of Lewis and Simon's earliest videos - How To: Northrend Beasts. The commentary that accompanied the video was completely unrelated to the World of Warcraft footage in the foreground, as Simon and Lewis were talking about "Deaf Hitler" and Jesus 2. Simon began talking about a character called Deaf Hitler, who will, apparently be the second coming of Hitler. Lewis had obviously heard it mentioned before but still didn't know what Simon was talking about. When he inquired, Simon said that in fifteen years from now (now eleven years), a deaf British man will come to power, who is basically the second version of Hitler. Lewis theorized that he may be the dead corpse of Hitler, which Simon dismissed, as Zombie Hitler is someone completely different.
In the YoGPoD[]
Much later, in episode sixteen of the YoGPoD, Simon began randomly shouting "Hail me!" which Lewis corrected to "Heil" which is the German word for hail, used in the Nazi salute. Simon then says that Deaf Hitler only says "Hail me!" because he's deaf and British so he can't speak German properly.
